Shah Rashidullah Institute (I.T.I)

In response to the large-scale unemployment of educated youth, the Patna Muslim High School Society established this technical institute via resolution No. 2 on October 5, 1986. Our primary objective is to empower the younger generation, particularly from minority communities, by providing high-quality vocational training and employment opportunities.

The institute is named after Shah Rashidullah, a distinguished lawyer of the Civil Court (1817–1962), to commemorate his legacy following a generous gift of land and property by his grandson, Mr. Qazi Md. Masood.

Today, with the valuable assistance of the Islamic Development Bank (Jeddah), the institute boasts a massive four-story building in the heart of Patna. Duly affiliated with the NCVT and recognized by both the Government of Bihar and the Government of India, we are regarded as one of the best I.T.I. facilities in the state.
